Persistent false TPS warning

I'm consistently getting a check car status app warning for the Tire Pressure System on my 2024 XC40 Recharge every few days. I've manually checked pressures, all are fine, and I keep resetting or recalibrating through the car's system, but it only temporarily clears it. This started around winter, but it's still happening after multiple OTA updates. I even got a lower level reset at the dealership a month ago. Now that's it's been persistent and unpredictable when I'm getting the warning, I'm concerned I would dismiss the warning when there's an actual problem. Has anyone else with a 2024 (or even 2023) XC40 Recharge seen this? Any permanent fixes found?

That same warning drove me nuts last winter on my 2022. It was just one flaky sensor that didn't fully fail but kept glitching. Good thing at the time it was still on warranty so they replaced it.

Volvo's TPMS software on the XC40 Recharge is notoriously glitchy, especially post-winter. Dealership resets won't solve it if the module itself is buggy, so push for a sensor module replacement because updates alone rarely fix this long-term

Volvo's TPMS on the XC40 Recharge feels like an overengineered mess, it's more about software paranoia than actual safety. At this point, it's just teaching drivers to ignore warnings, which completely defeats the purpose.
